April, 2023 - We visited a bistro that specializes in gluten-free food, which was a new experience for us. The server recommended trying their pierogis and schnitzel. The schnitzel was served with a Creamy Dill Pickle soup as a refreshing starter. It also came with a side salad, creamy mashed potatoes, and gravy. We ordered the Spicy Curry Chicken pierogis and the Spinach Mushroom & Gruyere Stuffed Pierogis, which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were served with sour cream, which paired well with the dish. For dessert, we enjoyed a fantastic tiramisu accompanied by a creamy latte. The tiramisu had perfectly balanced flavors and was served with homemade ice cream and Chantilly. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience.
