Continental Treat Fine Bistro - Edmonton - Canada

We visited a bistro that specializes in gluten-free food, which was a new experience for us. The server recommended trying their pierogis and schnitzel. The schnitzel was served with a Creamy Dill Pickle soup as a refreshing starter. It also came with a side salad, creamy mashed potatoes, and gravy. We ordered the Spicy Curry Chicken pierogis and the Spinach Mushroom & Gruyere Stuffed Pierogis, which were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were served with sour cream, which paired well with the dish. For dessert, we enjoyed a fantastic tiramisu accompanied by a creamy latte. The tiramisu had perfectly balanced flavors and was served with homemade ice cream and Chantilly. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience.

Danica, our server at the restaurant, went above and beyond with her kind and helpful service. She graciously recommended two incredible dishes that left us delighted. 1.Traditional Eggs Benedict: Unquestionably the finest version we've ever savoured! Surprisingly, I had never truly enjoyed Eggs Benedict until that day. I adored it so much that I even attempted to recreate it at home. A special mention goes to the heavenly shaved ham and delectable hollandaise sauce. So delicious, so special. 2.Daily Special: Picture a glorious bed of hash potatoes, complemented by flavourful local sausage, fresh chimichurri sauce, and crowned with a perfectly poached egg. This dish was also great, but the eggs bennie was incredible. Latte Traditional Eggs Benedict Daily Special Entrance Tasteful design

DOSC Restaurant - Edmonton - Canada

We visited a modern yet cozy steakhouse in Edmonton that also serves brunch and has a coffee shop inside. We had a delicious chicken sandwich with crispy gluten-free buttermilk chicken, a sweet and spicy glaze, and spicy mayo. The steak sandwich featured a medium-well sliced steak, jalapeƱo hummus, fried egg, scallions, and a demi-glace on gluten-free toast. The standout dish was the savory and slightly sweet butternut squash soup. Instead of fries, we opted for the crispy kale salad, which had fried kale, fresh kale, pickled shallots, potato crisps, garlic dressing, and brie cheese, providing a fresh and interesting flavour. Overall, it was an exceptional dining experience with creative and flavourful dishes that left a lasting impression. Steak sandwich Chicken sandwich Entrance
